    Amazing cleanse!

    This was my first juice cleanse and it was easy and for the most part tasted great (I did the green cleanse). I loved the energy I felt and had the most amazing sleep. Would highly recommend and will be purchasing again. Was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients and loved the text reminders that cheered me on! Already looking for the next one!

    Signature cleanse

    After attending my kids sporting events all week and not eating super healthy, I was bloated and sluggish. I decided to try the 3 day signature cleanse. It reduced my cravings for caffeine and foods that aren't so clean. I had moments when I was hungry the first day but for the most part I wasn't super hungry. In fact, 2 of the days I couldn't finish my last juice. I

    slept well and had good energy during the day. The juices taste great. I wasn't so sure about the Aftermath Elixir at first but it grew on me. By day 3 I was loving it. I would definitely do this juice cleanse again. I feel so much less bloated and my eating is back on track.

    Will do it again!!

    I have done different cleanses over the years and thought this was was super easy.

    I did the Zen Cleanse. I think having a drink every 2 hours was key, (8 - 8) I never really felt hungry.

    Definitely drink your lemon water and drink tea. I had a mild headache not having my coffee the 1st day but after that it wasn't a issue.

    I thought all the flavors were great and loved all the spicy add in's. 2pm Bombastic was amazing. Red Cure made me like beets, which I would never try juicing on my own.

    Lost 4.5 pounds so that was a plus, it help me jump start getting winter weight off.

    Will do it again.
