    1st Time Customer turner RAW Juicery Loyalist

    I have done about 3 different cleanses before. The Raw Juicery Signature Cleanse has been by far my favorite! Not only because the juices were delicious or that they arrived in one day or that I saw & felt the best results (although that one is significant), but because the pre & post cleanse recipes along with the schedule & movement suggestions made it possible to really focus on renewal & get in the mind set that I am taking action & doing this cleanse to start a positive trajectory in my wellness. The pre cleanse recipes were refreshing & satisfying. The pre cleanse lemon water routine made it possible to ween myself off of coffee that has been a big issue of mine working at an office. Taking all these steps to keep myself accountable for the actual cleanse. After 2 days when I started I had no issues with hunger or headaches. I enjoy ever couple of hours when I would get to have my next juice of the day, reading the ingredients & feeling good about what I was doing. Post cleanse recipes & the fact that I had achieved the cleanse with more joy than difficulty has allowed me to not only loose several winter pounds but have my refrigerator full of guilt free delicious option, go me started moving again & prioritizing making good choices. I'm so excited to try some of the other juices not offered in the cleanse & find my favorites to add into AM & PM routine (Master Cleanse & Chill Pill were my favorites because I had something to replace a morning coffee & still feel…

    What’s not to love

    Going into my three day juice cleanse I was nervous… Worried about being hungry/hangry, anxious, jittery, etc, but I was NONE of those things! Seriously how can you not have solid food for three days and literally feel minimal hunger?! I felt hungry on two occasions, both times it was minimal and short lived. I did the green because I wanted less sugar. While some were not delicious, they were certainly not bad. Somewhere “spicy” and I’m going to say VERY spicy. For those who don’t like spicy hot food, then the green cleanse may not be for you. Overall enjoyed the process and will do it again! Was thrilled not to have to clean my own juicer repeatedly throughout the day, And Pleasant Reminders, when it was time for my next “dose”!
